The elegant restaurant is located in what used to be the courtyard. It is now covered with a large glass roof and is worth visiting not only for its culinary value but also for its unique interior. An impressive steel structure is incorporated into old brick walls – it is a courageous combination of Silesian tradition with modern architectural trends.
Cristallo offers a wealth of flavors of Italy. The menu has been created by both Italian and Polish chefs who have gained their skills in the Apennine Peninsula. The menu changes along with the seasons. Spring is synonymous with early vegetables, summer with asparagus and artichokes, autumn and winter stand for forest finds and game. The rich selection of wines will satisfy the most discerning wine lovers.
