James Biskup, comes and lives in Katowice.
Graduated the best Silesian gastronomy school. He gained experience in the best restaurants in Katowice, then decided to go to London where he spent five years at the side of the illustrious Chefs gained further experience.
After returning home, he took a job in the only 5 * Hotel MONOPOL Katowice, where in just a few months, he was promoted to the position of Executive Chef.
Appreciates a good product, in the kitchen puts a strong emphasis on seasonality and originality. His cuisine is characterized by bold juxtaposition of tastes and aesthetics. In the kitchen, the most appreciates a good, solid work of the whole team giving himself the perfect example.
