Chef de Cuisine – Tomasz Modzelewski
Born in Wroclaw. His passion for cooking started in his family home. Following in the footsteps of his parents, he decided to study at culinary school. This is how his life adventure began and continues to this day.
For more than a decade, he gained experience under the supervision of well-known chefs in Poland, improving his skills and shaping his idea for culinary art. His career took him from his native Wroclaw to Krakow and further to Katowice where he has stayed until now. He joined the team in 2015 as a cook and from 2019 he is the top chef.
At work he focuses primarily on classic cousin with a modern twist. His favorite ingredients in the kitchen are fishes and seafood. For years he follows the idea of slow food.
His professional life is reflected in his private life, where he focuses on construction – his secret passion is DIY and after hours he relaxes, looking after vegetables from his own garden.
